Shipping & Delivery

We ship fresh green coffee beans twice per week from the Netherlands. Our goal is to keep things simple and predictable so you know exactly when your coffee will arrive.

Shipping within the Netherlands

All orders within the Netherlands have a fixed shipping cost of €5.95. Shipping costs are automatically calculated and added at checkout.

Shipping schedule

To ensure efficient handling and fresh delivery, we ship orders twice per week.

Shipping days

Wednesday
Saturday

Orders placed before a shipping day will be included in that shipment. Orders placed after shipments have been processed will ship on the next shipping day.

Delivery time

Once your order has been shipped, delivery within the Netherlands usually takes 1–2 business days depending on the carrier.

Order tracking

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery.

Packaging

All green coffee beans are carefully packed to ensure they arrive in excellent condition and maintain their quality during transport.
